Update on me

Update on me
This is sometimes I am going to work on, just to check one thing off a day even. You and others have told me I need to do that so I can see accomplishments.
It’s great for helping you to stop thinking too much. Drawing for ne is one of those activities that take all your attention, its one thing where I can sit down for five minutes and three hour later I wonder were the time went, three hours of enjoyable activity creating happiness, three hours without over processing the negative, three hours of mindful practice and I have created something at the end of it. When you are feeling well what is it you can lose yourself in?
