Post traumatic growth inventory
Been looking at topics of justice, self respect, discipline & compassion & came across this. Might be something to add some more tools to my arsenal.


So, my growth inventory score was higher than my adverse event score so I count that as a good thing I suppose. Tried the method of writing down 12 life affirming habits I want to incorporate daily, kind of my own 12 step approach & running 8% to 50% efficient on my best day so far, so much to build on.
 
I am just guessing this is an exercise that would be complicated for someone with cPTSD as you would have to apply the questions to all the trauma's to get some kind of a picture. Not all trauma's have reacted to the same degree. I will try and do it using a couple of different trauma's I have experienced and see if I am able to complete.
