This is my personal work.

This is my personal work.
I was Lying Still
Acoustic folk music with female vocals and soft orchestral features.
This one is specifically about freezing in bed when Grandpa would come and tuck me in.

Debug My Heart
Themes of abandonment and grief form the backbone of this melancholic pop ballad. Memories like being left alone while suffering a fractured femur and being left in the care of my abuser despite my attempts at creating distance.

I've been making therapy music for myself for a few months or more now. I usually don't share it because it's just for me to use as a way to work through things. I can listen and feel with a clarity I don't ever recall achieving before. It would be an honor if any of you took a second to listen. No downloads needed, it should play in your browser. It's deeply personal and I'm so glad I'm finally sharing it with my fellow survivors here. Take care.

[Edit: I suppose I should specify that this is AI music. I am a musician but that's not my role in this context. This is just a way to talk it out and then turn that conversation into music that moves me forward on my journey in some way.]
