Learning to hate your abuser
I don't hate my abuser(s) .For one thing harboring hate for anyone or anything will eat a hole in you. Why allow them to own property in your head ? Myself if the thought of them comes to mind I find myself thinking about what they went through in their past to make them do what they did....they just didn't wake up one day and think 'Today I believe that I'll become a child abuser'....something happened to them to start the wheels rolling.
