For men broken
For lives destroyed

For those who suffer in silence
For those who sob in the night
For those who struggle with darkness
For those who strive for the light
From the children we were to the men that we are
A cry, "Please don't forget me; continue the fight."

This seems to be a metaphor that we all can relate to - or at least it comes up here over and over again. I think it describes us perfectly.
