I just had a problem with a customer, I erased her computer when I wasn't supposed to. I felt guilty, stupid and 2 feet tall. I was going to go and eat at McDonalds to numb my feelings but I realize now that it won't do anything to help the problem. I now have to think WHY this happened and work on that.
