My SA was too long ago for them to prosecute. However he was being sentenced for other recent SA of his children and the DA read my story before the judge. She acknowledged it happened and wanted it on the court record. He is serving life without parole and from what his ex wife has told me he is living a life of hell being tortured for his crimes by other inmates.
So yeah that’s a bit of justice, not the justice I wanted to hand down myself but it works.

He is where he needs to be- in prison where he cannot hurt other children. and your story may have helped put him there. Many years ago I was involved in detention ministry and it was very common for those incarcerated to have been abused as children, so there is no tolerance for those who have been convicted for committing such crimes.

I wish that I could get mine and make him suffer for what he did to me but I don’t think that I’ll ever get Justice especially since he’s now a lawyer and probably could find some loophole or something and get out of any legal trouble easily.
