This forum is primarily for open discussion among Family and Friends of survivors as well as those male survivors who wish to participate in that discussion.

Discussions among male survivors about issues specific to being a survivor and gay, bi, or transgender. All survivors regardless of sexual identity are welcome.

This forum is a place where male survivors only who have been sexually abused or assaulted as adults can come to discuss their experiences and issues and seek support from fellow adult abuse survivors.

General discussion not related to recovery issues.

This forum is a place where male survivors may tell their story. Individual stories are often raw and graphic, and can be triggering to some. All stories submitted must be approved, but are rarely edited. Survivors are encouraged to share only if they want to, at their own pace and at a level they feel comfortable. Threads are locked in this forum. Each story stands alone without comment - a safe space created by each survivor to share - and to have the last word.

Posts in this forum are locked after they are released by the moderator team so that the survivor's post stands alone as the milestone that it is. If you would like to offer support and encouragement to the poster, please send him a Conversation. If you would like to discuss your accomplishment, please feel free to post on the DB. This is one case where duplicate postings on the DB are encouraged.

This is a place for CLEAN humor to entertain survivors and supporters in this healing place. Anyone can contribute humor to the forum. It does not have to be hilariously funny, rather it is what each contributor finds entertaining. Humor can be interactive, puzzles, punch lines, images or the like. Please refrain from sexual reference & sexual-object related humor, as it can be triggering to our fellow survivors and supporters, and so is not permitted.
