. . . Have you looked into herbal medicine. Also a bit vague. So common issues: If dealing with depression, St. Johnswart tincture can help. For stress and anxiety, any herb with volatile oils will help. I enjoy a good essential oils in the bathtub to help with my nerves. They can also be inhaled via diffuser or on the skin (lavender/chamomile/bergamot/frankincense to name a few) !!!!!!!(dilute with olive oil as some can irritate the skin!) I have a lava bead bracelet that I put some on. Teas could help along with meditation/mindfulness. Food is the best medicine as is said.
 
I’ve started yoga and different breathing exercises. My T had me look up Jacobson breathing exercises on you tube. Also been looking in meditation
