sometimes - you get what you can expect to get out of something -

like right now - i am at home - there is a worker guy here - ia m watching the house for a few hours - and i can go anywhere or do anything except sit outside and read -

a stumbling block -
but then - i can have as much fun as can be expected sitting by myself - it can't be super exciting - as if everything were -

but this quiet self occupation - really brought a little peace to me - these thoughts and
this self sufficient - contented activity -

it really worke!

asking yourself in the face of these walls you hit - instead of spinning and getting offbalanced - query what you wanted to get out the activity that you are or were doing
and then - see if that expectation - was reasonable IN YOUR SELF REFERENCING to WHAT YOU LIKE to do and WHAT YOU REALLY WANTED OR HOPE TO GET -

so like- i hope someone reads this and finds it helpful - my fantasy says one thing - whether it is really something i can hope to be the case
is couched now in the thoughts of what i can really expect:-)

You get what you make out of it.

Foor example, waiting in lines is always a fun time. A lot of people bitch and gripe about it. How it does slow them down and put them behind schedule and inconviences them. They miss that first part - slows them down. What an opportunity to just relax and reflect for a minute or two. A chance to say hi to a complete stranger. An opportunity to take some needed deep breathes. It can be an inconvience or a blessing. It's all what you chose to get out of it.

Thanks for sharing,
Bill
