hi! good question! a packer is an object a person, often trans, puts into their pants to create a bulge or fill the space between the body and the fabric.

that seems odd as i would think a trans person would rather hide any bulge in their pants to make them look more fem. by using what i believe is called a gaff or something like that, theres a site called suddenly fem that caters to males wanting to look as fem as possible by making womens clothing just for a males body type.
