What is going wrong?
I too was very sad to hear about Mr. Roger's passing. Lately, I have been so disgusted with the media in all forms and where we as a community of people are headed.
I have seen movie preview after movie preview of men being kicked or punched in the groin lately. And most of the movies are comedies. The new one with Steve Martin and Queen Latifah for example.
Then the new issue of Contact Sheet a photography magazine has two children, one overweight little girl and another child that sometimes looks like a boy and others like a girl. The kids are in pseudo sexual setups and at one point the overweight girl is in a bra and the other child is smelling her underwear! The photographer has one several well known grants for his work!!!
Then all of the reality t.v. of people being mean to each other. We love watching people being told bad news on t.v. and watching them do bad things.
It goes on and on. Please if you dare...let's stop some of this from happening. Turn off your t.v., write letters, stopping seeing movies with people who participate in films like this. We need to start somewhere because it is only getting worse!!

CRAZY!!!!!!! 
People only think of themselves today + not what will hurt others. I agree that maybe we need to storm the media to tell others our stories. Even how the healing hurts through the secondary survivors. 
Just a thought that I am putting out there.
