I was reading up on some interesting studies earlier this month about how PT can help combat depression and anxiety stemming from different sources. being in the US military I have access to a state of the art Gym five minutes from my front porch. Since I started working out on a regular basis again, I have had no anxiety or depression issues stemming from the sexual assault. Not only that but my PT scores are up higher than ever.
