This is really bad. You can't take the high road against terrorist groups and ignore the terrorizing of boys in an area under the guise of a different culture. Horrible hypocrisy that those on MS know only two well.

It's worse than it first appears.
Military personnel are being court martialed if they interfere with child rapists.

This has never been the case before, and by the nature of the military must necessarily involve active direction (Because every high level court martial is reported to him, and because appeals ultimately are reviewed by him) of the commander in chief.

Amazing such complicity by silence and fear of court martial in heinous acts. The poor children cannot be protected. This sends a terrible message that csa cannot be stopped nor are governmental officials held accountable.

The civilian bureaucracy is not part of this.

The military policies ultimately fall under the direction of a single person. The Commander In Chief.

There is no really shared responsibility here.
The authority rests there alone.

So there isn't any "they" because even many of the people who were forced to carry out the court martial seem to disagree vehemently with the policy. There is a "he."
