Trusting lab results

All of my std tests came back negative. Including test for trich. They did NAAat tests as well for the bigs ones and they were all negative. Can I be comfortable that they were right? Best I can tell these are the bests tests out there. But I’m fighting self doubt and health anxiety.

It's still a bit of good news, and can take a bit of the edge off. Doubt is natural for a while, until a bit more time passes, and you've had a few therapy sessions?

Therapy is helping. And they’ve got me on some anxiety meds. So that helps as well.

Still wondering if anyone knows how accurate these tests are.
