i have been working out again -

in High School I ran the 2 mile on the track team--

I used to know what I was supposed to do

warm up

race

warm down -


but now I am understanding this -

I have been running and listening to myself

I know when I get up to speed slowly

I have no pain and I perform better -

I ran for 15 minutes - above 7.0
for about 8 minutes -

above 8

above 9

then I sprinted at 10

for about 30 seconds -

kind of hard but great!

came back down slow too

so as not to hurt self -

well I think emotions

are like that too

crazy though cause I been biiter

these last few days

so I was kind of lost in it -

now I associated - aahhhh yeah -

like I needed to chill out some -

and also - like it needed to pass -


I can't have this bad attitude now too -

cause it won't really serve me -

and also - - I realize it was kind of necessary

because of the crazy shit that just went down -

so - wow

ok - so that is that -

It's on the shelf !

back to find this boy a job!
