Wouldn't it be convenient if we could swap the unwanted problems and difficulties that we inherited from our abuse? (Like unwanted x-mas gifts).

For instance, I know many of the guys here on the board that have trouble with personal boundries and touch and intimacy. (Not a problem for me).

Sometimes I feel like I could take those problems from someone and give him my unwanted problems, my problems being a lack of gainful employment and accamdemic failure. (Major problem for me).

I know it's silly but I think about it sometimes.
 
I've often thought I'd like to be "them" for a while. I've discussed this with friends. We've come to the conclusion that "they" have problems too. Problems that we're not eve equipped to deal with because we have no history with that particular problem.

Still, it is an interesting thing to contemplate if only for a moment...
