This shy boy

I pretty much was a shy boy, but I guess I tried to reach out as a loving kid.
I dont know whether it was his downfall, but now he is left with no memories of that kid.

I have scans of those pics, but my family have taken all my stuff, and guess I have to get it back.

Those pics were taken from my house, and they never even ask me if they can take them, so why should I even have to ask.

They have taken all my school reports and communion certificates which I doted on.
I guess I am just too tired to fight, so let them have my photos and stuff that meant so much.

Anybody can just walk in and take what they want, they always did, just like, hey, you will never miss it!

Nightly, I would open that packet of photos and just wonder about things, and I wrote stuff on the back of them when I was like 7yo and stuff, and drew pics on the back also.

Dont they think them pics mean more to me than them!
I gave up the fight so many years ago, and now I cannot face the challenge any more.

Its just me saying OK, just screw me again, and I will just be the submissive ste, you already knew.
Just hide in the corner and we know what is best for you.

I guess it makes me be dismissive of other members who see me as some freak show.
But, I am still the shy boy who everybody took for granted and took everything away.

I to know what it like to have been overlooked by a family that only pays attention if you are taken ill to the hospital or if you have won the lotto. When I was growing up it was safe for me to be submissive. I am not sure that you expect much from your family. When I realized that about my family it was exhausting.

i do not think you are a freak show...you are just tired of being taking for granted and that show that you love yourself.

You have every right to demand your photos and documents back, and it's a cheap shot that others felt they could just help themselves. It makes me angry just to read your post, and I hope you will get your things back soon.
