Not "expand" these sickening laws of re victimizing the victims of CSA or providing a legislative "window" to the SOL's.
All these SOL's do is PROTECT the offenders! And Justice some and not for all is no justice at all.
Victims of CSA no matter when the abuse happened ought to be able to get their day in court, and attempting to hold their abuser or abusers accountable for their crimes against a child or children. It should not matter if the victimization was in the 1950's or 60's or 70's or 80's or even 90's!
