After many months of counseling for a gambling addiction, depression and working though my sexual abuse issues, I am starting to see some light at the end of the tunnel.

In the past week or so, I have h ad three job interviews and received a call this morning asking me if I would accept a job starting May 9/04 working with at risk youth. I am just so happy about this.

By taking this job, it still allows me to do my group therapy on Wednesday night, as that is one of my days off. With this job I will have the same days off as my partner so we can still spend time together and the pay is good to.

Sometimes we get to such a low point that we dont see some of the good things happening to us. Considering I was on the verge of killing myself a few weeks back this is all good stuff for me.

Thanks you everyone who has help and listen to me. You guys are great.

I have found that it is satisfying and, in some ways, healing to be working for an agency that helps at risk and homeless youth.

I wish you the best with your new job.

Hotdog!!! coolcat, (sorry, I couldn't resist)

This is excellent news. A job you want with the not-at-the-job time you want.

Two thumbs up,
Bill

Hi Gus,

I hope you will take the job and wish you and your partner the best.
I'm praying for you.
