The center of beauty within us

The other day after going through some of my somatic therapy (which I am sure just freaks everyone out with me saying those words), I was really struggling. I was struggling to just hold on to life because so many things were rushing forward. The only thing I finally could think to do was to sit down at my keyboard and I created a couple of beautiful songs. So I've been thinking and coming to the conclusion that even in the worst of times and even when I see myself as nothing more than shit, there is a center of beauty within myself. If that is there even though I can not see it readily right now, than I will hang on and keep moving forward.

These songs are created all at once and I don't write them, then play them. I sit down at the piano and just start playing. Of course I record everything because I never know when something like these will show up. So far, I've never been able to go back and play these songs again which is why I record everything I do. Recording also allows me to get the sheet music from the songs. Anyway enjoy and I would welcome any comments you have.
