Hey Guys:

Just wanted to let you know all is well with me.

Something I found out though is just because we are feeling well we should continue with our meds until our doctor tell us different. Due to a lack of funds, I had to go without my mine for a few days, which I didn't think it wasa big deal, but it was. I felt really sick and tired by day to. If you are on meds take them it not worth the after effects.

i have tried this before as well - to the same result -
it is pretty risky to take the med thing into your own hands after becoming adjusted to them -

We pay these health consultants a lot of money to give us good guidance. Something we should give consideration to before deciding to stop taking our medications. Some medications need to stopped in a weening off method, so before stopping any medications, this needs to be discussed with the doctor as to the proper way to stop.

I found this out the hard way as well, but that's why I'm a fitter and my doctor's a doctor !

Thank you for the reminder. I stopped taking mine a few times while I was sick, and I noticed the difference in just few days.
