Survivor
Survivor is a word which has taken new meaning for me as I have become a part of this community and been amazed at what the men on this forum have overcome.
On a much less serious note, my youngest son is a hug Survivor fan. He has watched the show for years. A few years back I realized that if I joined him watching the show each week, it would give us something to talk about. Since then he and I have been amazed when someone was blindsided at a tribal council, cringed when someone said something stupid, and cheered when our favorite player won. Tonight was the finale to another good season. While he enjoys the show what I enjoy is spending time with my boy and building memories. I can't wait until this fall when we get to sit down again and begin a new journey together.
