survivor needs support group

my son is a survivor and offender....he has been struggling for many years to work his way thru the legal system and complete his treatment....is there a support group accessable to men in or arround Salem Oregon that might help him?
He is 27, mildly handicapped, Very intellegant but socially maladapted man. He has not re-offended since the inital discovery when he was 13 but is unable to emotionally handle the treatment requirements.

My heart goes out to you and your son. Young boys who have suffered their own trauma have been known to act out on younger children. It is such a sad thing when that happens.

Since your son has offended, he may need a therapist who is experienced in both areas. I will check with my colleagues to see if there is someone who may be of help.
