Spread the Word

Fellow discussion board members, I just want to ask that you help us "spread the Word" regarding our upcoming conference...there are many workshops for both the survivor and the professional working with male victims/SURVIVORS of sexual abuse. In addition there will be several really excited events from art exhibitions to a silent auction for which all proceeds will directly benifit MaleSurvivor.
I have copied information below which can be used as a flyer. If you don't mind please feel free to post it in your Church, local health club, school, library our wherever people may gather. Even if it is not likely people will come because of where you may live....at the least it increases people awareness of MaleSurvivor and the resources available to men with abuse histories. Remember statistics show that 1 - 6 men experience inapropriate sexual contact prior to the age of 18.
Also please feel free to share this with your counselor...there may be other men/victims there are working with who could benefit and of course perhaps your counselor will join us as well.
Please help us reach out, particularly if you do live in the Minneapolis area!
