Sorry of last night

I know I go very crazy much of last night, I talk at some people here and post such crazy post. Just very sick today, total physical sick, and go back to bed in just minute, just needing to say sorry and thanks to you all to help me see this is not me alone. I listen at your advise to me, and I will do what you say.
