Sit quietly and say nothing (triggers?)
There is a state shortage of MSWs'. There are particullarly few who are willing to work in rural areas, even on a 'visit and do a class' basis. To get to a university, with a MSW program involves about 250 miles of driving, each way.Originally posted by RICK57:

The department I am at works on a excoption basis. That means that the rule says that 80% of us should have at least a BSW and 50% should have a MSW. The exception is this, we have no MSWs' and a single BSW (from a nonaccredited school. So, evry year we have to appeal to the state and request an exception.
No, I do not have my MSW or BSW, my BA is in Business and HR. My MA program, sort of, was a disaster. I, well... went nuts again. I crawled in a hole for about a year and then crawled out and took this job.
