Well my parents were off visiting friends in PA for the weekend so I had the house alone. I felt so good today as I was cleaning out my closet and stuff to prepare for the move. I guess the freedom to go anywhere in the house without having to worry about what others might think about it really was refreshing. I think that today has shown me how much I need to move out and not have to worry about others as much in my life.

i remember when i moved out. finally free of my abusive father, it was like being set free. it also seemed to get his respect, and he finally started treating me different. it is a great step. enjoy it. it will be hard at times, but having your own life is just fantastic.
 
Glad to hear you're moving, finding a place of your own, where you can be yourself and be with yourself. Let me know how things go when the big day finally arrives.
