RETURNING TO THE FORUM

I have been away from regular participation for some time but plan to participate regularly

There used to be scheduled chat meetings in the forum scheduled several times a week. Can someone advise days and times these occur

Welcome back. It's always nice to know that MS is here no matter when we feel the need to return.

There are chat meetings on Wednesday and Sunday evenings, and I'm sure someone, with more info than I have, will chime in with more details.

I have been away for several months myself and am struggling to get back into it.
I hope your return will be satisfying.
There is a great bunch of guys here in MS.

The 'healing circle' is every wednesday and sunday at 7:00pm PST ...
no no no no ... 7:00pm MST.
I still haven't gotten used to moving to Alberta.

Simply be in the chat room before that and the moderator ...
... Anomalous ...
will create a private room apart from the regular chat floor and invite each person present if they want to join the healing circle.

Because the room is private a guy can get into more of the nitty of their abuse ...
so if you are easily, severely triggered you should be cautious.
From experience it rarely becomes overly graphic.
Mostly it's guys dealing with problems in the here and now.

The Healing Circle as described by Shyshark is the only scheduled chat I am aware of and it is moderated with everyone seeking FT (Floor time) for what they want to talk about or (FB) Feed back if any one else has a comment or advise to help...kind of an online group of survivors.

Chat though is always open and it is catch as catch can...not a lot of people have been there at the times I have checked in lately but then again when there have been others there were a lot. It is unmoderated and free flowing discussing whatever. I have been there when it is intensely about this subject matter and I have enjoyed talks of weather, food, and even tubas with guys here. Don't hesitate to just stop in. I often leave a window open and listen for the chime of company if I find the lounge empty.

Hi Derrick, I'm not bringing the best of news. I noticed your post, and responses, though I also notice when Anomalous posts cancellations. It's my sad note, that I spotted two, and they're both this Wednesday and Sunday. Link to Anomalous Cancellation notice.
He usually posts this in the Forum, and a few guys or many notice and spread the word. It's my turn for you, and sorry it's right when you started back.

Know there're a lot of good discussions going on all the time in the Forums, plus chat when there are guys there.
