Reflective Skin
This is a disturbing and intense art type film shot in Canada. The photography colors are intense and very expressive. It takes a look at an insane world through the eyes of a trauma burdened 5 y.o. boy who recieves no relief at any point in the film ( that I can remember ). Camera techniques include frequent intrusive flashbacks in a driving pattern that causes the viewer to experience some of the painful chaos that the boy experiences only he does not have the adult skills to cope. It offers a very depressing reality. NOT A FEEL GOOD PICTURE, but I liked the depths it portrayed.
