Recording new tapes

I had one of those breakthrough moments when talking to one of my brothers here today.

We were talking about the list I gave my therapist. And it came to me that new tapes are being recorded. Just as all the negative things I was told over and over that created my old tapes, I am being told over and over again good things now. Until I have been able to accept some of them and claim them as my own.

Things like I am worthy of being loved and I am. That I am a compassionate man, a good man. That I can love others. That I can really take care of me for a change.

Baby steps,perhaps, but steps nonetheless.

I am glad Marc, that you are learning new tapes. I think maybe I am starting that also, starting telling myself I am smarter then normally I will think. It is worth I think, to think diferently of ourself. I think you doing good.
