I cannot believe our justice system over here in the UK.

In two days I have had two different emails from survivors of my original perp. One guy now lives in Western Australia and in his email he said that he had contacted the police who are dealing with my perps case and was told he "could make a complaint if he wished but it would be pointless because it will not make any difference to the jail term he will recieve". Does this mean they have made their mind up already without hearing all the evidence from ten witnesses?

Primary witnesses over here are treated abysmally. I know from personal experience in as much that the two trials I was involved with I have never given evidence in open court because the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) in their infinate wisdom would rather hit government set targets instead of justice for the survivor and it is ALL to do with money. The CPS have got their conviction the rest of us can go and take a running jump.

However that is not the only thing that is pissing me off at the moment. On Friday I received the following email from my contact at Surrey police with regards my perps up and coming trial, the emal reads:

"Mr Mcintyre
Just to let you know that we attended court with Mr Denning this morning at short notice. We have set a date for the next hearing on the 25th January whereby the issue over how Mr Denning was brought back into the country will be discussed.

I will update you as soon as I know anything else".

Denning was brought back to the UK after being deported from Austria as an undesirable, now his defence team are trying to argue that his "Human Rights" have been infringed..... I have done my calculations and if I am only half right what about the 20,000 offences he has committed aginst boys between the ages of ten and fifteen, what about their (and mine) "Human Rights"?

Rant over.

Kirk

Kirk,

Absolutely. I also wonder this: What do the circumstances of his arrival in the UK have to do with the question of whether or not he is guilty of molesting children?

Larry

Kirk - I think it's time the UK opted out of 'This Human Rights Fiasco'. The only people it seems to protect are those that don't deserve to be protected.

They should at least change the law, so that anyone that denies others their Human Rights (a right not to be abused by some sick pervert) cannot use Human Rights laws as an escape route from justice. Where is the common sense - Austria kick out a pervert & we are concerned that he may be upset....absolutely ridiculous.

I don't understand what this government is doing.

To those of you in America, I don't know how well liked Tony Blair is over there (according to our media you see him as some sort of saint because of Iraq).

Well we have a government Education Department that is currently on the rack in the Media over here! The reason - a number of paedophiles have been cleared by that department to work with children in schools (various parts of the country).

The first one to be mentioned in the press is a PE (sports) teacher - a paedophile with access to children in showers....****** unbelievable! Another one has been cleared to teach boys only, because he was convicted of sexually assaulting a young girl in the 1980s.

Heads should roll over this one.

Rik

Kirk,

I have been waiting for this bastard to come up in Court.

His Human rights, is he really Human???
He has probably cost the country countless millions on the damage these kids face, through lack of therapy, some will unfortunately end up in the criminal system.

How many are not even here now, God knows.
He deserves life, because he will never be cured of his obsessions.

It sickens me the way the CPS works, because yes, it is about saving money, but he will go away for a long stretch if found guilty, and I hope he is pleading not guilty, because that will lead to a life sentence.

I hope he is in custody so that he does not get the chance to commit suicide, because he will, just to avoid the Hell he is facing,

RANT Grrrrrrr..

"if" he was dragged back into this country by his balls tied to a police car, then there might be an argument about his 'human rights' having been violated.
The chances are that he was picked up by either Belgian or UK police and placed in a car, taken to a plane etc etc. It would be dumb f**k police that messed something like this up. So it's probably a sleazy lawyers excuse, and best chance - last chance ploy.

Again "if" there are 'human rights issues that are genuine, then they should be a seperate issue entirely to the charges of child abuse denning faces, it should NOT form any kind of reason to have his case thrown out.

"If" he has had his rights violated, then let him sue the police on those violations only, and let his violations on children stand.

Dave

Following on from Rik's comments - about the riot going on where perps have been re-employed in schools after getting 'permission' from cabinet ministers ( departments ) - I didn't realise that people convicted of sexual offences, and I think that includes all sexual offences not just child abuse, go on SIX DIFFERENT LISTS according to various factors ( I'm still not entirely sure about all this )

Six lists? that's bad enough, but the lists are apparently for different types of offender and the risk of re-offending - different lists are accessible to different groups of people such as social workers and headmasters - and the lists don't cross reference.

I know that Kirk is very active in survivors rights and getting fairness and justice for all of us, not just himself. And I, like the other Brit's here, take much more than a passing interest in the whole area of survivors issues.
But when I spoke to Kirk last night it was clear neither of us knew anything about this variety of lists and it's implications.

That's a scary thought guys, very scary.

The issue that really irks me, is that I have to sit at home listening to all this crap as an abused kid, and it does not need much to think that Governments dont have a fickin clue how to even think str8.

As usual, they are trying to defend a "catch all" law that cannot catch themselves.

I only have to read about Humberside Police and the ongoing abuse enquiry that is now going before the courts, which was previously covered up.

The loss of two young lives because of intentional cover ups to save some perves ass.

D notices served on newspapers to save government ministers from fbi investingations involving child porn and more.

If we have a government ruled by world police and operations of cover up, after cover up, then who are we to trust, certainly not government.

Child abuse should never be covered up, it should be open, and those responsible brought to book.

The survivors are the biggest tool in cover up from pervs who treated us like shit, now is the time to lift the lid.

There should be no place to hide behind government officialdom, they should all be outed for abuse, without question.

That is my rant, and there is plenty more where that came from,

Larry

It is this crazy European Covention on Human Rights that the UK signed up to that is to blame.

All the support in the world for the abuser, sod all for the abused, but that is going to change very shortly I hope. Well I'm am working on it.

Kirk,

it is not a stupid law that we signed up to.
It is how the law is interpreted, and it can do our cause more good than harm.

The problem is also that the Government has been tailoring the law to suit itself.

Human rights are what we are born with, our basic rights to freedom and live safely.

Our basic rights were violated through abuse, and not being offered help.

This law is a safety net for good citizens who are caught up in violation of rights, it is very broad, but it can be the biggest weapon in our fight for compensation.

Countries that abuse human rights are numerous, and the citizens would gladly embrace this law into their own Country,

I saw something in a paper today that prison officers are not allowed to call prisoners "con's" - short for convict.

It might upset them and it's an infringement of their human rights. Apparently.

Straight to the files of "You Couldn't Make It Up"

Dave

Ste

You can say that about any law and the people that practice it, yes its all very well saying it is not a stupid law when the law acts in your favour. This government hasnt even ratified the UN Covention on Children Rights, they have signed up to it but they have not ratified it. Without that ratification it is worthless peice of paper. Laws are set by the law makers and unfortunately it is for thier own ends.

The "European Convention on Human Rights" was drafted by politicians for politicians and Europe will go further down the line of integration, what about the Human rights of children when some joker gets up in the European Parliamnet and suggests that Europe equalises the age of consent throughout the continent? Do you really think they are going to raise it to seventeen as it is in the Irish Republic, I dont think so it will go down to the age of consent in Spain, thirteen.

Human Rights were originally set up to protect people some protection the 10.4 million survivors that live in the UK today have had.

I'm all for coming out of Europe anyway and this reinforces my views.

"but it can be the biggest weapon in our fight for compensation".

Is it? When was the last time you heard of a survivor take his/her abuser to the European Courts of Human Rights to fight for compensation? We are not allowed to personally sue our abusers if a period of six years has past since the offennce took place. Jonathan King has an appeal in place at the momnt at the Court of Human rights, his reason for doing this. An unfair trial because of negative media publicity and because the UK does not have a statute of limitations such as other (as he puts it civilised) countries.

The only good thing thus far to come out of this is that it is costing him a fortune, where am I going to get that sort of money to put an appeal in if he gets away with it?

He wins this that basically means that me and twenty five others are being called liars.
