PUBLIC FORUMS

I think it is about time for me to speak to this topic.

MaleSurvivor provided these public forums for survivors, their partners and families as a place of sanctuary if you will. A place where they feel comfortable to talk openly about issues, abuse and concerns. All are welcome. There is no discrimination whatsoever of any kind and that is as it should be.

We come here to vent our frustrations, cry and look for a shoulder to lean on, to talk about personal issues and seek solutions from others and to provide the same service to others. If after a while you decide to join MS and access the member forums I urge you to do so. The fees are not onerous.

WHAT THESE PUBLIC FORUMS ARE NOT IS A PLACE TO ATTACK, BELITTLE, HAVE A BEEF, OR A COMPLAINT WITH MS. OR WITH ANY PERSON

Things like this can trigger survivors who are maybe at a critical stage in their healing or that it reminds them too much of what they went through. I therefore ask that each and every one of you keep this in mind.

If you have a beef, complaint with MS or a person or if you think that someone is acting inappropriately you must PM a moderator. That is why we are here. We moderate because we want to. It is our way of saying thanks for what MS and the guys have done for us.

P.S. THE PAY IS TERRIFIC :D

Well said. Let us not forget way we are all here.

Thanks Mike.

Posts that offend people personally WILL be removed, it's that simple.
We don't edit or remove post just because they're critical of MS, angry posts, graphic posts or just because 'we' disagree with them. The Mod's aren't here to do that. But gett offensive against other guys here then we will remove posts.

If you have a beef with someone here let a Mod know about it, if it's a beef with a Mod then let me know about it. If the beef's with me then go tell Fred.

Please don't come onto the forums or the chat with all guns blazing.

Thanks for your support guys.

Dave

This site is just as any other 'community'. In order for things to be smooth, everyone should treat everyone else with common courtesy. (Of course, 'common courtesy' is often as common as 'common sense'!) Oh well!
