Follow this link to an interesting ( but somewhat heavy ) interview with Donald Meichenbaum talking about his therapy techniques when treating PTSD.

It's interesting to see how this guy treats PTSD, especially when so many of us suffer from this complaint.

I think I understood few words of it! It is I think too technical for me. But I would warn if anyone else is to read it, there are some rather upsetting examples of things to cause PTSD, although nothing related to sexual abuse. I do agree that 'living well is the best revenge'.
