As I related to you I have written several senior politicials in Ontario and am awaiting any responses I might get. There will be two kinds, I think. The polite brushoff or the gosh see your doctor. I know how to deal with that. I, quite frankly, will not accept them. If that is the responses I get I will go to the media and ask them to investigate for me.
The other is "Can we have more information". I was thinking of using some of Gunnar's Posts ( now there was a man who represented the face of true humanity for me) and maybe posts from others. What are the rules on this. Also I wsa thinking of directing them to the public forum side of MS. Can I please have some feedback on this. More than ever know, considering all the sad news we have just received, I will not give up. It is the GUNNAR'S to come who will benefit and it is we brothers who will have finally blown up the closet of our fears.

Before you print off any posts please get the permission of the poster, even if you plan to use it anonymously by removing all identification.

The public forums are there for all to see, something we should all remind ourselves of from time to time, and if it furthers our cause then make them aware of the M.S. site.

Dave: Thanks for the heads up. That is exactly what I am going to do;refer them to this web site. It can only help. Maybe we should get the Churches and the politicians and the police to visit just so they can see what the hell is really going on and then they can never hide behind statistics again.
 
Mike I have been giving all the members of the MN Legisalture that i meet with a copy of our home page. I just printed it out and give them a copy so they have it in there information. I tell each of them there is a wealth of knowledge to be had at the web site. I know a few have been here all ready because they have thanked me for turning them on to the site.
All in all I think most members of the club are on our side we just have to educate them. Mike sometimes it is best to go around the big wigs and seek help from those with less power but who will get behide your issues more and fright for you.
Top leaders many times will just not get involed until other's force them to act. One other thing try working with the asst. in the big wigs office,many times your better off brakeing in the back door with inside help. There is lots of help to be had from the #2 & 3 person in the office. Good luck on your mission. Muldoon
 
Thanks Muldoon: I will take your advice. I shall be eternally gratefull for the well aimed swift kick you gave me. Brother I am in this for THE LONG HAUL. YOur idea of printing off the website is TERRIFIC.

Gunnar would not have objected to you using anything he wrote, but please use it cautiously.

leave out any remarks as to wherefrom they originate, and do not add anything he or I told you in private, please check with me if you are unsure,

and please,

do not make a martyr out of him, he would not have liked that one bit.

Ethan_B. Thank you. Never would I make a Martyr of him. He was an ordinary man as I said. But I truly believe that through all his suffering he showed a side of humanity that is very rare. Martyr never but I will never forget that he touched my life, however briefly. And I will never betray his trust nor yours. Friends are for ever!!!
