You need to see a physician over this, it is not uncommon to be this way. It is either we eat too much or we don't eat enough.
You need to eat to be healthy, but it is a condition needing medical help.
I went this way, and still don't eat sometimes, but I have to force myself to eat.
Listen to your friends, let them help you, but seek help from a doctor,

What about a milk shake, or those drinks they sell in pharmacies to help people gain weight, or for people who can't handle solid food. I'm thinking that maybe if its liquid, you will be able to handle it... and in the meantime you can be seeing a doctor and trying to work out how to pass this hurdle. I go through periods where I feel nauseous, and then soup seems to be comforting too.
 
This is very possibly a stress related problem. However, stress creates very real physical ailments. You really should talk this over with a therapist and a physician.Soon!

Can I also suggest a multivitamin? The shakes are usually protien and we need more than that. I also suggest the doctor. Whether it is stress or not you nutrition is very important to even help with stress.

Multivitamins and protien shakes are not a long term answer. See I learned something with this nutrition education :)
 
Try Ensure or Boost. They are multivitamin meal replacement shakes for people who cannot keep solid food down. They will also help to increase your appetite. They come in several flavors and varieties and taste quite good. You probably should consider seeing a Dr. though as they are best equipped to dispense information on this topic.
