Priest
"Priest" from miramax is a beautiful movie about a gay priest(Father Greg) and his struggle between his faith and the gay realities. It also focuses on child sexual abuse, and his attempts to help this girl who confesses her dad's cruelties. Father Greg's frustration about parish rules of secrecy (of confessions) and his helplessness is well depicted.
The climax of the movie is touching and has made me cry both the times I saw it.
A great British cast(Linus Roache, Tom Wilkinson, Robert Carlyle)and the directorial prowess of Antonia Bird make this movie a must see...especially on those days when you need a good crying.
