I started a new spell of CSA therapy on monday with a new therapist and strangely enough since monday I have a nasty mouth ulcer....it stings, it's uncomfortable, painful and unpleasant. Just like talking about CSA!!!
Isn't it funny how sometimes our bodies know more than our minds. Take it easy and keep listening to whatever it is your body is trying to say to your.
My two main physical reactions, of when I am talking of something new, or remembering, or in panic-I lose feeling in my hands, and get to point of throwing up. Not always actually THROW UP, but get close, and always, my hands go numb. Without fail. It is strange.
