I seem to be over reacting to anything, little things seem to agitate me and make me anxious. Its almost to the point where I don't think I can work sometimes.

I think that is more important for you to try to find answer what can help you to neutralize anxiety and not what is wrong with you.
Did you try anything like exercises or some kind of meditations?
I found combination of these two very powerful tools that can help me to have bigger order in relation to anxiety.

remember, there are 'triggers' to us, there are thiings that we will be more sensitive to then some other people maybe. Just realx, and be easy with yourself, best you can.
Hypersensitivity and plain ole raw nerves and exhaustion makes it easy to over react to the simplest things. Lord knows I have done that. Including breaking down crying in the pharmacy because the insurance company didn't cover a $7 prescription. How silly is that?
Find some release, take a break and have some fun. Recharge.
