For everyone who will be in therapy in the next few days (me... yikes! In four hours!) I wanted to give you my favorite quote of all time:

"One cannot reach the dawn, save by the path of night."

Sort of sums therapy up, doesn't it?

Thanks sean, that quote hits home, wow. BUt also in a philosphy book I have recently read a quote much like that

"Beauty and life is in the process, and is only summarized by the end result."

The separation of night and day is the terminator. Once we've taken the step toward our own terminator, our healing begins.

Just a thought (this coming from my own difficult visit to my therapist last night!).
