Hi

Just to let people know that I am now out of my depression and on an up, I think my prozac must be kicking in.

For quite a while now I have as what I can only describe as adrenaline rushes for no apparent reason although in saying that I get them pretty rapid on going to bed as I get quite panicky some times, but I get them during the day for no apparent reason.

Any one else experience this? Or similar

could they be anxiety / panic attacks?

Mine got severe on prozac, and I had to stop taking them. But many people get along with them just fine, although it appears that fairly short term use is best.

I'm not sure about 'rushes'. To me, adrenalin rush is like to just miss getting into car accident, that feeling that come on quickly. I just go straight to panick most times, and it is obvious panick to me, not just a short 'rush'.

Thanks guys.

this is a weird one, as I have in the past suffered from paralyzing panic attacks, the last one being in the middle of Safeways about four five months ago. These "rushes" are like a thud in my chest followed by that warm "rush" eminating from the chest, much like that feeling immediately on drinking spirits. These happen mainly at night. I dont think I have ever experienced a "little panic" or am i missing something more obvious?
