NY Times article on Child Porn and the failure in the fights against it.

You will never be able to stop it as long as there is a market for such sick and twisted shit. I am truly grateful for the fact that this kind of thing was unavailable when I was being abused. I can only imagine the trauma of living through it and knowing there are pictures/videos out there that were recorded of your trauma for some sick bastards to get off on. Anyone convicted of having kiddie porn should be sentenced to life w/o parole. They are willing participants in the violation of children.

I think I saw this article, or a similar one. Yes, unfortunately the demand is too high for all this demented, sickened-soul garbage that there's not going to be any way to fully stop what's going on. I just wish we took all the gazillions of dollars that our over-privileged society pays all the ball players, Hollywood idiots, brain-dead reality t.v. "stars," useless politicians, and all the other frivolous crap and instead hired more technology and law enforcement to go after these monsters. At least that would be money put to good use.

It was around in the 1960's and 1970's and was legally made and sold, right along with the body.
Human's try to treat the symptom and not the cause.
