For the first time in my adult life I have gone a week without a drink. My partner and I decided to take March and work on ourselves physically. Eat healthier, not drink alcohol and get lots more exercise.

Results so far are positive. Sleep is improving, feeling brighter, dog is happier for all the walks.

Most importantly I am clearer of mind and better able to prepare for upcoming criminal proceedings.
