Came across a news story that sounded exactly like my story:
16-year-old male charged with lewd acts with a minor
“A youth in Hattiesburg, MS named **** was arrested Friday, May 5th 1994 for sex offenses. Left as babysitter to care for 10-year-old male victim, the young man is charged with lewd acts, indecent exposure, sexual abuse, and sexual assault of a minor.
Victim stated that the teen would pin him down, put his erect penis and bare buttocks in the victim’s face while restraining and tickling him. Defendant bathed with victim, and enticed the 10-year-old into heavy massage sessions; victim was made to open legs to allow the teen to urinate in between them while victim was toileting.
Defendant also obtained a sexually explicit video and exhibited it to the victim. Defendant manipulated victim to undress and fondle himself in front of him, while defendant undressed and touched himself as well, calling it a game.
Court date pending.”
I never thought about how serious what happened to me was until seeing it spelled out like this. The only difference is that my perp was my brother.
