Well, I can recommend flying into Buffalo or Detroit. Buffalo is 2 hours, detroit is 3. I see that there are flights around 200 from Orlando to Buffalo. They require a change of planes, if this is a problem then you could also try Detroit. Northwest is showing a fare of $225 for nonstop flights.
Also regarding a car, Alamo is having a special $69 for 3 weekend days for a compact car.

I am coming into Buffalo, but I am a little leary about picking someone up. Do you have a therapist your seeing that I can talk to?? Sorry, but I have trust issues..imagine that a survivor with trust issues LOL If you do maybe I would consider it.
