My thanks to Gary-CDN
In my last post Our 200 words I failed to be clear about how Gary was my main writer for that letter to the paper. We have been working together for two weeks and came up with our frist letter which was about 550 words.
The paper had given me every excuse in the book why they wheren,t going to publish it. But come Monday afternoon I get a call we could run with 200 words Max. I had to work Monday night and couldn,t do very much work on cutting down the 550 words to 200. This task called for a rewrite, so Gary steped up to the plate and hit a home run for me. I told him want was imporant to leave in and a few of my throught via the web site P Ming each other. Well Gary woked and reworked it until we got down to our 200 words.The editor at the paper said it was an excellent written letter. I am sure I would had failed at this . So agian Gary Thanks for all the help you gave me. The people of Hastings will thank you for surly this letter will help victims move towards healing. Muldoon
