well, my list of helpful music is:
* Firstly, Tori Amos, her music is devine. Her music has no end of helpfulness. It is very raw and descriptive, but so helpful! I find her best album is From the Chiorgirl Hotel, it's such a journey.
* Then Alanis Morissette, her old stuff really. She came onto the scene while I was being abused by a school teacher; she helped me so much.
* Jewel is great too. She adds a phylisophical elemet to it all.
* Just recently I've found the wonders od Sarah Brightman. She doesn't really do anything for abuse issue stuff, but it a great escape. Voice like an Angel.
Hope this helps guys!
