My heart goes out

That's some very sad news, and people over here are just as shocked and thinking of you.

Today is a day of great grief for us all. Watching TV is a danger for me. I feel such a sudden tragedy played over and over on the tv makes me feel traumatized.

I feel sick from a nasty cold I have and now this--it makes me sick to my stomach. Dr. Clark is from close to Milwaukee--they are showing pictures of her 8 year old son. I just saw an interview with the children of the Israeli astronauts children prior to the lauch. These things tear me up.

I think we all need to be very kind and understanding of each other these days. I know for sure, I am not at my best.

Yeah I've felt like I've been fighting a bug all week. Went to my support group today, got home, and my wife was watching the news of this disaster. More trauma. Now I'm really feeling sick.

But not as sick as the families of those fallen astronauts...
