I have spent much of tonight celebrating a minor goal achieved. Since starting to deal with all this, I have been so sick and stressed, and was not able to eat for long time, then was being sick when I could eat, and lost a lot of weight. I was not able to get back to my actual weight since all this, I would get close, within few pounds, and then would get sick again, or something would happen to make me feel more stressed again, and I would lose again, and was driving myself crazy. Finally, last night, after almost 9 months of all this, I finally get back up to 150 pounds. Wow, I can not believe how much time and how hard it was, and to think that few years ago I was working on losing weight! I can't remember which was harder. Anyway, I figure I will enjoy what little successes I can find.

I would actually call that a major f-ing success!!! You just restored a big part of your health and your being!!!

TWO THUMBS WAY UP!!!! CONGRATS!!!

leosha,
congratulations, my friend! this is definitely not a small effort and you are entitled to the biggest celebration you can handle! keep up the great work, leo.

Leosha that is no small achievement and I a really proud of you.

You know it is a victory for you and this is the start of many victories. They come on slowly at first and then like a freight train rushing down the track. The important distinction here is that it is not a runaway freight train but one that is being driven with a great deal of skill by you yourself and not circumstance any more.

It shows that more and more you are in control. Keep it up brother.

Leosha,

That is great news. Worth celebration. Enjoy all celebration great and small.

Oh, to see 150 pounds again!

But I'm glad YOU have, brother!

Celebrate! Enjoy your days of wine & roses (or, in my case, beer & pizza!).

I'm so happy for you, Leo.

Peace, love, & hugs!

Congratulations, Leosha!

I'll leave the Doberman out of the microwave this time and just stick to English! :D

That is great news. It shows that things are going your way. You have worked hard and overcome so much. I'm happy for you.

I wonder if it is mental, and how much. Today, I am coughing and throwing up again. Think I am going to just stay in bed, and hope to not get worse. Uck.

Leosha

Sorry to hear you're not feeling great today, but it does sound like you've accomplished something. Those little successes that we get (they help build our walls) of our new foundations.

Don

Leosha,

Don's right. You reached a goal that you had set. It's a step in the right direction.

I hope you feel better soon.

Joe

Leo,

Any step forward is progress. It's forward momentum, and you've got it. SO what if it's a little slower today? Just keep rolling. Like the Limp Biskit song says.....

Rollin' rollin' rollin' rollin'
Keep rollin' rollin' rollin' rollin'
C'mon, keep rollin' rollin' rollin' rollin'
Rollin' rollin' rollin' rollin'

Okay, that's all the lyrics I know, but it's Limp Biskit! Points for just LISTENING to it up to this point! :D

Sorry, feeling silly at the moment. But seriously, Leo, you've done well and you'll continue to do well. Just don't let a setback set YOU back. We know how strong you are!

Peace and love, bro.

Scot :D

Leosha,

The goal was met, and a celebration was definately warranted. You should not feel down for giving yourself a pat on the back and a good evening out. Nothing feel guilty about, but something to be proud of yourself for. You did good.

Hang in there, cheer up, and be well,
Bill

Joe, are making fun at my attempt at russian?
