Meko recharges my battery

Hi guys I haven't been here much these last 3 weeks . I kind of hit the wall with all my lobbying at the capital and tring to get things done at home has tolly drained me of extra energy. I HAVE MISSED YOU ALL AND WILL FIND TIME SOON TO READ UP. It does my heart good to see so many new people begining their healing.

Been working on putting a new roof over my trailer to keep the rain out and the sun off it. We had to put 6 post in and build a new roof above the trailer. My carpinter friend brought his son along for the weekend. We had 4 days of rain cold and clouds. Tomorrow is going to be sunny, dry and no wind. The rain has been bad but the 30-40 mpr winds wear on you.

Having a 10 year old boy around has been a real eye opener. He has been helpful and is a real well mattered kid. I know now why this went down this week end it has nothing to do with building the roof it's about recharging my battery.
God has brought Meko into my life to let me know what my fight's all about. This week was about educating me on the freedom of childhood. How care free he is. When he gives me that big wide smile it throws 13,000 watts on charge back into my battery and makes me want to take the world on to protect all children from the evil of CSA.

Hopefully there will be lots of smiles tomorrow I need a full and compete recharge. Later I have to get back to sleep. Muldoon

Muldoon,

Glad to see you. I've thought a lot about the couageous work you did in St. Paul, and I hope I get the courage to work like that myself back here someday.

I have two sons, 11 and 3 years old. I'm taking Friday off to go fishing with the 11 year old. He deserves some time with his Dad doing the thing that he's wanted his Dad to do for a long time. I've avoided going fishing with him because I always felt that I wasn't good enough at it. I didn't want to appear foolish in front of him. Instead I fear I appeared uncaring. That is going to change.

Get some rest and thanks for your work.

Joe

Muldoon, thanks so much for sharing that. We who had a distorted childhood or seemingly no childhood can learn & recapture so much from children. Get recharged friend. TC & TTYL.
